1. About Us

Ultra Dominon is a multidisciplinary brand comprising Digital Studios (a digital agency offering web development, design, SEO, and related services) and Ultra Dominon Music (a music production arm offering recording, mixing, mastering, and artist development).

2. Acceptance of Terms

By using our website or any of our services (whether paid or free), you confirm that you are at least 18 years old (or have consent from a guardian if under 18) and agree to comply with these Terms.

3. Services

We provide the following categories of services:

• Digital Studios: Web Development, UI/UX Design, Mobile App Development, Branding, SEO, and Digital Marketing.

• Ultra Dominon Music: Music Production, Mixing & Mastering, Artist Development, and Music Distribution.

Each service may have its own specific agreement or contract depending on the scope of work.

4. Payments and Invoicing

All payments are due as agreed upon in the project brief or invoice. Late payments may result in project delays or additional fees. All prices are in FCFA or USD, unless otherwise stated.

Note: Ultra Dominon reserves the right to suspend services if payment terms are violated.

5. User Responsibilities

You agree not to:

• Use our platform for illegal or unauthorized purposes.

• Copy, distribute, or misuse content you do not own.

• Interfere with or disrupt the platform’s functionality.

You are responsible for providing accurate project requirements, approvals, and content within agreed timelines.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, visuals, code, and creative assets created by Ultra Dominon remain our intellectual property until full payment is received.

• After full payment, ownership of final deliverables is transferred to the client.

• We reserve the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio unless you request otherwise in writing.

7. Revisions and Refund Policy

We offer a limited number of revisions per service as stated in the service agreement. Additional revisions may incur extra fees.

Refunds:
Refunds are only issued in cases where services have not yet commenced or if agreed upon due to inability to deliver. Once work has started, partial refunds may apply based on the progress made.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate a service agreement in writing. Any outstanding dues must be paid before termination is finalized. We reserve the right to cancel services for non-compliance with these Terms.

9. Limitation of Liability

Ultra Dominon is not liable for:

• Losses resulting from misuse of our services.

• Downtime caused by third-party services (e.g. hosting platforms, music distributors).

• Delays caused by client inaction or third-party dependencies.

Our liability is limited to the total amount paid for the service in question.

10. Privacy

We respect your privacy. Any information you share with us will be used solely to deliver our services and will not be shared with third parties without your consent. Please read our Privacy Policy for full details.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and interpreted according to the laws of Cameroon. Any disputes shall be handled by competent courts in Cameroon, unless otherwise agreed.

12. Updates to Terms

Ultra Dominon may update these Terms at any time to reflect legal, operational, or service changes. We’ll notify users through the website or email when significant changes occur. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any updated Terms.
